3D Coordination
We provide 3D BIM coordination services for design, engineering and trade coordination. SFD is using Agile and Scrum methods to manage the highly iterative processes in coordination. Digital Kanban boards give a visual overview of the progress of the coordination.
3D BIM Modeling
We can help you getting your 3D model, whether starting from scratch or a 2D set of drawings in pdf or CAD. Also adding more information to a working model, or using LiDAR point clouds. We can help you meeting the BIM requirements on projects and use the information for your own benefit in fabrication, estimating or operations. We also have the capabilities of "Gap Modeling", to model small trades in 3D to reduce the risk of uncoordinated trade interfaces, e.g. waterproofing, flashing, miscellaneous steel, rebar, etc. The developed 3D Models can also be used to validate the shop drawings.
